Auto-Fill Information: An optional program.
When you sign up for Auto-Fill, you receive automatic shipments of your pet's products, on a schedule/frequency you choose, so that you never run out of your pet's medications again.
SOUNDS GREAT! HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Sign up today while placing your first order online! Just specify which Auto-Fill frequency you would like when you add products to your cart. If you would like staff assistance, call us at (877) 220-6337 or email the Auto-Fill Manager at email@example.com. Once you sign up, we will automatically ship the selected product(s) to you on the dates you specify.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SIGN UP?
Your medications will automatically ship! You may postpone scheduled shipments, change the frequency of your shipments, and update the quantity of items by signing into your account and managing under “Auto-Fill Items”. Or, you can contact us at (877) 220-6337 for assistance. Changes and modifications may be made up to 3 days prior to your next scheduled shipment.
HOW WILL MY AUTO-FILL ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
USPS First Class. You will receive your package in 5-7 business days. All temperature sensitive items will be shipped in a temperature-sensitive environment and mailed Priority.
HOW AM I BILLED FOR AUTO-FILL ITEMS?
Your Auto-Fill items will be billed to your account on the date they ship. Current prices apply. To avoid any delays to your scheduled shipments, your credit card information is required on file.
WHAT IF ONE OF MY AUTO-FILL ITEMS IS ON BACKORDER?
From time to time, popular items may become temporarily unavailable. If this is the case when your Auto-Fill product is scheduled to ship, we'll notify you of the backorder via email.
ARE THERE ANY MEDICATIONS THAT ARE EXEMPT?
NO! And the program includes over-the-counter items and stock products as well!
IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM NUMBER OF MEDICATIONS I CAN SIGN UP FOR?
No minimum or maximum.
WHAT IF I NO LONGER WISH TO PARTICIPATE?
If you no longer want to participate in our Auto-Fill program, you can opt out at any time by signing into your Account and managing under “Auto-Fill Items”. You can also cancel by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at (877) 220-6337. We will be happy to cancel any/all of your Auto-Fill items.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTED UNDER THIS PROGRAM?
Absolutely. We have taken the utmost care in protecting your account information. None of your private information is revealed at any point during the automated process. In addition, no private financial information is ever revealed in email correspondence. We are dedicated to protecting your account information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF MY AUTO-FILL MEDICATIONS DOES NOT HAVE ANY REFILLS LEFT?
If any of your Auto-Fill medications have run out of refills, we will automatically contact your veterinarian to obtain a renewal before your next auto shipment. If an approval is received from your veterinarian, we will add the renewed prescription (and any corresponding refills) to your account and process your order as planned. If your veterinarian requires an office visit or bloodwork prior to issuing more refills, or if the renewal request is denied for any reason, we will contact you immediately.
