Claro Otic Solution Basics

Claro is available by prescription only.

Claro Otic Solution is an antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory ear medication for dogs.

It treats otitis externa associated with susceptible strains of yeast and bacteria.

This ear medication effectively treats Malassezia pachydermatis and Staphylococcus pseudintermedius.

It is available in 1mL doses. Each dose comes in an easy to administer dropper.

The active ingredients are...

mometasone, a glucocorticosteroid that has anti-inflammatory properties

terbinafine, an antifungal that inhibits the early synthesis of ergosterol
florfenicol, an antibiotic which inhibits protein synthesis

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

This product is not intended for human use. Use in dogs only.

Do not use in pets with a known hypersensitivity or allergy to...

Use with caution in pets suffering from impaired hepatic function.

Store at room temperature, protected from light and moisture.
Be sure to complete the prescription to ensure a full recovery, even if your pet seems to be improving, unless instructed otherwise by your veterinarian.
