Pimobendan improves the quality of life in dogs suffering from congestive heart failure (CHF), dilated cardiomyopathy, or an enlarged, and weakened heart. Sildenafil treats pulmonary hypertension. Finally, spironolactone treats high blood pressure (hypertension), potassium deficiency, and hyperaldosteronism

Use as directed by your veterinarian, and follow all instructions printed on the prescription label. Shake oral suspensions well before use. Complete the entire prescription unless instructed otherwise by your veterinarian. Dosage and duration of treatment depend on the condition being treated and response to the medication.
Store at room temperature protected from light and moisture.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not use in animals with a known hypersensitivity or allergy to enalapril, pimobendan, sildenafil, or spironolactone. Use with caution in pets that are pregnant or lactating. This compound may interact with some other medications. Therefore, inform your veterinarian of any and all medications your pet is taking. Periodic bloodwork is necessary to monitor kidney and liver values. If you notice any behavioral or physiological changes in your pet while administering enalapril/pimobendan/sildenafil/spironolactone compound, contact your veterinarian immediately.
