  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not touch the tip of the bottle to any surface, including the eyes or hands.

  • Do not use other eye medications while using gentamicin sulfate.
  • Shake before use.
  • Store at room temperature.
Gentamicin Sulfate Ophthalmic Solution Directions
  • Use as prescribed by your veterinarian.
  • Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.
  • Wash your hands before administering gentamicin sulfate.
  • Do not touch the opening of the tube with your hands. If the dropper opening becomes contaminated, it could cause an infection.
  • Store with the cap securely on.

Dosage FAQs
  • In the case of a missed dose of gentamicin sulfate, apply the missed does as soon as you remember, or wait until it is time for the the next treatment. DO NOT GIVE A DOUBLE DOSE OF GENTAMICIN SULFATE OPHTHALMIC SOLUTION.
  • In the case of a suspected overdose, flush the eye with water and contact your veterinarian.
