Interceptor PLUS

• Interceptor Plus is available by prescription only.

• Interceptor Plus has two active ingredients:

• milbemycin oxime

• praziquantel

• Interceptor Plus is used for the prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis.

• Interceptor Plus also treats and controls the following types of worms:

• Roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina)

• Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum)

• Whipworms (Trichuris vulpis)

• Tapeworms (Taenia pisiformis, Echinococcus multilocularis and Echinococcus granulosus)

• Interceptor Plus comes in 4 different strengths:

• 2-8lbs- Orange Box

• 8.1-25lbs- Green Box

• 25.1-50lbs- Yellow Box

• 50.1-100lbs- Blue Box

• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• Interceptor Plus is not intended for human consumption.

• Interceptor Plus should only be used in dogs and puppies that weigh more than two pounds and are at least six weeks of age.

• Do not give Interceptor Plus to pets who have tested positive for heartworms.

• Do not use in puppies less than 6 weeks old.

• Use with caution in pets that are pregnant or nursing.

• Store at room temperature.

• Store protected from light and moisture.

• Give as directed by your veterinarian.

• Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

• Dosage is based on your pet's weight.

• Interceptor Plus is for use in dogs only.

• Give Interceptor Plus every 30 days, year round.

• Overdoses of Interceptor Plus can occur. Contact your veterinarian if you believe your pet may have taken too much Interceptor Plus.

• If you believe your pet may be exhibiting signs of shock, contact your veterinarian immediately, as this could be a sign of a more serious side effect.
