• If lutalyse touches your skin, wash it off immediately.

• Lutalyse is not intended for intravenous injection.

• Use in pregnant animals can induce abortion or parturition.

• Store at room temperature.

• Do not let lutalyse freeze.

• Use product within 12 days of opening.

• Use as directed by your veterinarian.

• Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

• Do not puncture stopper greater than 20 times.

• Lutalyse should be given by intramuscular injection only.

• Disinfect the stopper of the vial before use.

• Do not enter the vial stopper more than 20 times.

• 100 mL bottles should be used for cattle only to avoid damage to the vial stopper.

• Do not administer to sows/gilts prior to 3 days of normal farrowing.

• In mares, lutalyse is ineffective when administered prior to day 5 after ovulation.

• Serious injection site infections can occur. Contact your veterinarian immediately if you believe an infection at the injection site has occurred.

• Side effects in mares were typically seen within 15min of injection and disappeared within one hour.
