• Orbax belongs to a class of drugs known as fluoroquinolone antibiotics. Fluoroquinolones kill susceptible strains of bacteria by preventing their DNA from unwinding, thus preventing the bacterial DNA from duplicating.

• Orbax is available in an oral suspension form.

• Orbax Oral Suspension is available in a 20 mL bottle.

• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• Orbax should not be used in pets that are pregnant or lactating.

• Orbax should not be used in animals with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to this drug or any other fluoroquinolone antibiotic.

• Orbax can cause damage to joint cartilage.

• Do not use Orbax in puppies younger than 28 weeks of age.

• Notify your veterinarian if your pet has had seizures or any other central nervous problem.
