• Dogs must be tested for heartworms prior to Sentinel administration.

• Administration to heartworm positive dogs can lead to a potentially severe shock.

• Use as directed by your veterinarian.

• Store Sentinel Flavor Tabs at room temperature.

• Do not use in puppies less than 4 weeks old or less than 2 pounds.
