Sentinel Flavor Tabs Warnings
  • Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
  • Sentinel Flavor Tabs are not intended for human use.
  • Sentinel Flavor Tabs should not be used in dogs with a known hypersensitivity or allergy to lufenuron or milbemycin oxime.
  • Sentinel Flavor tabs are for use in dogs ONLY. Do not use in cats.
  • Dogs must be tested for heartworms prior to Sentinel administration.
  • Administration to heartworm positive dogs can lead to a potentially severe shock.
Sentinel Flavor Tabs Directions
  • Use as directed by your veterinarian.
  • Follow the instructions on the prescription label.
  • Store Sentinel Flavor Tabs at room temperature.
  • Do not use in puppies less than 4 weeks old or less than 2 pounds.
  • Administer Sentinel Flavor Tabs once each month.
  • Dosage is based on your dog's weight.

2-10 pounds (BROWN)
  • 46 mg / tablet
  • Give 1 tablet orally once a month
11-25 pounds (GREEN)
  • 115 mg / tablet
  • Give 1 tablet orally once a month
26-50 pounds (YELLOW)
  • 230 mg / tablet
  • Give 1 tablet orally once a month
51-100 pounds (GRAY)
  • 460 mg / tablet
  • Give 1 tablet orally once a month
Over 100 pounds
  • Use a combination of Sentinel Flavor Tabs totaling your dog's weight.
