• Sileo Gel is used to treat noise aversion in dogs.

• Sileo Gel is the only FDA approved medication for noise aversion.

• Sileo's active ingredient, dexmedetomidine, works by inhibiting noradrenaline release.

• Sileo is available in 3 mL syringes.

• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• Do not use in pets that are pregnant or nursing.

• Do not use in pets with known hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine.

• Wear gloves while administering Sileo, and do not allow Sileo to touch open skin.

• Avoid exposure to your eyes.

• Sileo Gel should be absorbed through the mucosa, and should not be swallowed.

• Sileo Gel is not intended for human use.

• If your pet swallows Sileo, do not give another dose for at least 2 hours.

• Do not give your pet treats or food within 15 minutes of administering Sileo.

• Shock

• Do not use in pets with stress due to extreme heat or cold.

• Store Sileo at room temperature.

• Use as directed by your veterinarian.

• Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

• Apply Sileo Gel between your dog's cheek and gum.

• Sileo Gel should not be swallowed.

• If swallowed, do not give another dose of Sileo for at least 2 hours.

• Wear gloves when applying Sileo.

• Do not allow your pet to eat or drink for 15 minutes after applying Sileo.

• Hypersensitivity can occur. If you believe your dog may be experiencing an adverse reaction, contact your veterinarian.

• Dogs who exhibit sings of an adverse reaction should not be fed and should be kept warm until Sileo wears off.
