Tri-Heart Plus has two active ingredients:

Ivermectin

Pyrantel pamoate

Tri-Heart Plus causes neurological damage to parasites, leading to the paralysis and ultimate death of heartworms, roundworms, and hookworms.

Tri-Heart Plus Warnings

Keep out of the reach of children.

Tri-Heart Plus is not intended for human consumption.

Store Tri-Heart at room temperature.

Before using Tri-Heart Plus, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection.

Do not use Tri-Heart Plus in dogs with existing heartworm infections.

Do not use in dogs that have had previous allergic reactions to ivermectin.

Do not use in dogs less than 6 weeks of age.

Tri-Heart Plus Directions

Use as directed by your veterinarian.

Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

Give Tri-Heart Plus monthly year round.

Use in puppies 6 weeks of age or older.

Store at room temperature.

For dogs over 100 lbs, use a combination of two tablets equaling your pet's weight.

Tri-Heart Plus Dosage

For dogs weighing up to 25 lbs: Box Color: BLUE

Give 1 68 mcg Ivermectin / 57 mg Pyrantel tablet.

Give 1 time by mouth every 30 days.

For dogs weighing 26 to 50 lbs: Box Color: GREEN

Give 1 136 mcg Ivermectin / 114 mg Pyrantel tablet.

Give 1 time by mouth every 30 days.

For dogs weighing 51 to 100 lbs: Box Color: BROWN

Give 1 272 mcg Ivermectin / 227 mg Pyrantel tablet.

Give 1 time by mouth every 30 days.

If you notice any behavioral or physiological changes in your pet while giving Tri-Heart Plus, contact your veterinarian immediately.
