• Zenrelia is available by prescription only.

• Zenrelia is a fast and effective treatment for allergic itch and inflammation in dogs.
  

• Zenrelia is a routine, once-daily dosing.
  

• Zenrelia helps to control pruritus associated with allergic dermatitis and control atopic dermatitis in dogs at least 12 months of age. 
  

• The main ingredient, iluntocitinib, works by inhibiting certain cytokines dependent on JAK enzymes. These cytokines play a significant role in inflammation, itching, and allergy processes. 

• Zenrelia comes in four different strengths of a scored tablet:

• 4.8 mg

• 6.4 mg

• 8.5 mg

• 15 mg

Zenrelia Warnings

• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• Zenrelia is not intended for human use; it is for use in dogs only.
  

• Do not use this medication in dogs less than 12 months of age or those with serious infections.
  

• Do not use in dogs that are breeding, pregnant, or lactating.
  

• Zenrelia can increase the chances of developing serious infections.

• New neoplastic conditions were observed in dogs treated with Zenrelia.

• Do not administer to dogs receiving a vaccine. Discontinue Zenrelia for at least 28 days to 3 months prior to vaccines and for at least 28 days after receiving a vaccine.

• Zenrelia can interact with some other medications. Inform your veterinarian of any and all medications your pet may be taking.

• Store at room temperature.

• Wash hands after handling tablets. 

• Use as directed by your veterinarian.

• Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

• Store at room temperature, protected from light and moisture.
  

• Be sure to complete the prescription to ensure a full recovery, even if your pet seems to be improving, unless instructed otherwise by your veterinarian.

• Dosage and length of administration varies depending on the condition being treated and response to medication. 
  

• This medication can be given with or without food.  If stomach upset occurs following administration, give tablets with food. 

• Allergic reactions and serious side effects are rare, but in the case of an allergic reaction or a serious side effect, seek veterinary attention immediately.
