PuraLube Vet Ointment

• PuraLube is available over the counter. No prescription is required.

• PuraLube is used in cats, dogs, and horses to relieve dry eye and prevent irritation.

• PuraLube works by forming a protective film over the eye. By protecting the ocular surface, the eye is lubricated and dryness is prevented.

• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• PuraLube is not intended for human use.

• Store at room temperature.

• To prevent contamination, do not let the tip of the ointment tube touch any surface, including hands or the eye being treated.

• Use as directed by your veterinarian.

• Wash your hands before applying PURALUBE.

• Place drops directly into the affected eye.

• To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface, including eyes or hands.

• Pull down the lower lid of the affected eye and apply a small amount of PURALUBE inside the eyelid.

• Replace the cap after each use.

• Apply 1/4 inch of ointment inside the lower lid of the affected eye.

• In the case of a missed dose of PURALUBE, give it as soon as you remember or wait until it is time to give the next dose. DO NOT GIVE A DOUBLE DOSE OF PURALUBE.

• An overdose of PURALUBE is highly unlikely. However, if you suspect an overdose, flush the eye with water and seek veterinary attention immediately.

• Use as directed by your veterinarian.
