• Neo-Poly-Bac Ophthalmic Ointment is especially useful in treating staphylococcal, streptococcal, and E. coli bacteria.

• Neo-Poly-Bac Ophthalmic Ointment is made up of 3 mixtures that have different effects on different types of bacteria:

• Neomycin attacks gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria

• Polymyxin attacks some gram-negative bacteria

• Bacitracin attacks gram-negative bacteria

• Neo-Poly-Bac Ophthalmic Ointment is available in a 3.5 gm tube.

• Do not touch the opening of the tube with your fingers, as this can spread the infection.

• Let your veterinarian know if your pet is on any other eye medications.

• Contact your veterinarian if your pet's eye does not improve.

• Neo-Poly-Bac Ophthalmic Ointment is used for bacterial infections only.

• Do not use this drug if your pet has a viral or fungal infection of the eye.

• Notify your veterinarian if your pet is nursing or pregnant.

• Store at room temperature.

• Use as prescribed by your veterinarian.

• Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

• Store Neo-Poly-Bac Ophthalmic Ointment at room temperature.

• Wash your hands before and after administration.

• Apply a thin film of sterile ointment to the lower eyelid.

• Keep the cap secured properly when not in use.

• Wait 10 minutes before applying any other eye medication to the same eye.
