• Neo-Poly-Dex Ophthalmic is available by prescription only.

• Neo-Poly-Dex Ophthalmic is an ophthalmic solution that uses a number of ingredients to treat infections and inflammation found in and around the eye.

• Neo-Poly-Dex Ophthalmic contains three main ingredients:

• Neomycin, an antibiotic

• Polymyxin B, an antibiotic

• Dexamethasone, a steroid

• Neo-Poly-Dex Ophthalmic is available in two different forms...

• 5 mL liquid suspension

• 3.5 gram ointment

• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• Should not be used in eyes with ulcers.

• Neo-Poly-Dex Ophthalmic may interact with some other medications. Inform your veterinarian of any and all medications your pet may be taking, especially other eye medications.

• Do not touch the tip of the tube with your hands or any other surface, as doing so could contaminate the solution.

• Store at room temperature.

• Use as prescribed by your veterinarian.

• Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

• Wash your hands before use.

• Be sure not to touch the opening of the tube with your hands.

• Keep the cap secured properly when not in use.

• Store at room temperature.

• Wait at least 10 minutes before applying any other eye medication to the same eye.

• Complete the entire prescription, even if your pet seems to be improving, unless instructed otherwise by your veterinarian.
