• Be sure to use the correct syringe when dosing Novolin.

• Do not use insulin if the solution appears murky or has any visible precipitates.

• If stored in the refrigerator, allow insulin to return to normal temperature before injection.

• Give as directed by your veterinarian.

• Always follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

• Have your veterinarian show you the proper injection techniques associated with diabetes treatment.

• If you store insulin in the refrigerator, allow it to warm to room temperature before injecting.

• Do not use insulin if you notice that cloudiness or a precipitate has formed in the solution.
