• SucroMate is available by prescription only.

• SucroMate is used to induce ovulation in horses.

• SucroMate induces ovulation within 48 hours of treatment.

• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• For equine use only

• Women of a childbearing age and women who are pregnant should use extreme caution administering SucroMate.

• Do not allow SucroMate to come into direct contact with skin, especially if you are woman who is pregnant or of childbearing age.

• If accidental contact with SucroMate occurs, wash with alcohol then soap and water.

• In case of accidental injection, contact a medical professional immediately.

• Store in the refrigerator.

• Use with caution in mares younger than 3 years of age.

• SucroMate is intended for intramuscular injection only.

• Warm the product in your hands for two minutes before use or allow the vial to sit out before 30 minutes before use.

• Shake before use.

• SucroMate should not be used in animals that are allergic to Deslorelin acetate

• Do not administer intravascularly.

• Use as directed by your veterinarian.

• Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

• Store SucroMate in the refrigerator at 2-8 degrees Celsius.

• Ensure that the mare has an ovarian follicle greater than 30 mm in diameter.

• Warm the product for 2 min by rolling the vial between your palms, or allow the vial to sit for 30 min at room temperature prior to administration.

• Shake the vial vigorously for 1 min prior to use.

• Administer a 1 ml intramuscular injection into the musculature of the neck

• Give 1 mL per estrus cycle.

• Administer by intramuscular injection only.

• Pregnant women and women of a childbearing age should take extreme caution while handling SucroMate Equine.
