• Neo-Poly-Bac Ointment w/Hydrocortisone is a mixture of antibacterial agents and a corticosteroid which reduce swelling and inflammation, while also creating a more potent and more broad range of effective treatments than a single antibiotic.

• Neo-Poly-Bac Ointment w/Hydrocortisone contains 4 ingredients that have different effects on different types of bacteria:

• Neomycin attacks gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria.

• Polymyxin attacks some gram-negative bacteria.

• Bacitracin attacks gram-negative bacteria.

• Hydrocortisone is used to treat swelling and inflammation caused by bacterial infections.

• Neo-Poly-Bac Ointment w/Hydrocortisone is available in a 3.5 gm tube.

• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• For use in the eye only.

• DO NOT use in eyes with ulcers.

• Do not touch the opening of the tube with your fingers, as this can spread the infection.

• Neo-Poly-Bac Ointment w/Hydrocortisone may interact with some other medications. Inform your veterinarian of any and all medications your pet may be taking.

• Used for bacterial infections and inflammations only.

• Do not use this drug if your pet has a viral or fungal infection of the eye.

• Notify your veterinarian if your pet is nursing or pregnant.

• If the ointment is ingested, give your pet plenty of water and contact your veterinarian immediately.

• Store at room temperature.

• Store Neo-Poly-Bac Ointment w/Hydrocortisone at room temperature.

• Use as prescribed by your veterinarian.

• Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

• Wash your hands before and after administration.

• Do not to touch the opening of the tube with your hands.

• Apply a thin film of the sterile ointment to the lower eyelid.

• Keep the cap secured properly when not in use.

• Wait 10 minutes before applying any other eye medication to the same eye.
