• Credelio Quattro is for use in puppies 8 weeks of age and older and dogs weighing more than 3.3 pounds.

• The active ingredients in Credelio Quattro are lotilaner, praziquantel, moxidectin, and pyrantel.

• Lotilaner (the main ingredient in regular Credelio) blocks the transfer of chloride ions in insect cells, attacking the central nervous system of fleas and ticks.

• Praziquantel is a parasite-control drug with strong activity against a number of different tapeworms

• Moxidectin acts by interfering with chloride channel-mediated neurotransmission in susceptible parasites, which results in paralysis and death of the parasite.

• Pyrantel acts as a neuromuscular-blocking agent in susceptible parasites, which causes paralysis and death or expulsion of the parasite.
  

• Credelio Quattro comes in beef-flavored chewable tablets in the following weight ranges:
• 3.3 lb - 6 lbs (Yellow Box)
• 6.1 lb - 12 lbs (Pink Box)
• 12.1 lbs - 25 lbs (Orange Box)
• 25.1 lbs - 50 lbs (Green Box)
• 50.1 lbs - 100 lbs (Blue Box)

• Credelio Quattro is not intended for human consumption.

• For use in dogs only.

• Use with caution in pets that are pregnant or nursing.

• Use Credelio Quattro with caution if your dog has a history of seizures or neurological disorders.

• Wash hands after handling.

• Use as directed by your veterinarian.

• Follow the instructions printed on the prescription label.

• Credelio Quattro should be given once every month.

• Credelio Quattro must be given with food.

• Make sure that pet consumes full dose.

• If vomiting occurs within an hour after giving, re-administer new dose.

• In the case of a missed dose of Credelio Quattro, give the dose as soon as you remember and resume a monthly dosing schedule.

• Allergic reactions and serious side effects are rare, but in the case of an allergic reaction or a serious side effect, seek veterinary attention immediately.

• Lotilaner, an ingredient in Credelio, is a member of the isoxazoline class that has been associated with neurological reactions, like tremors, ataxia, and seizures. Use with caution in dogs that have a history of neurological disorders.
